i have spent the day doing spring cleaning ,i have craft tools and supplies stuck every where and my goal is to get them in one place and learn to us then ,i found my lily speed -o-weave hand loom today but not the instructions .i will have to keep looking though i did find a tutorial on youtube of all places,i have used it before but it has been a few years ,it's use is one of my goals over the next few months. that and learning hand smocking ,i have  my first grand child due this September and i want to smock some baby clothes,so if any one out there has any tips or advice give me a holler
but at least my bedroom looks really good after the days work l.o.l i think it is cleaner than it has  been in years

lets put it this way, I have tried it.

when I lived overseas I stumbled upon a family that wove rugs  for sale out of curtain strips.  I bought several and they are still in use after 20 years.  My brother made a loom for my sister in law, she had the same idea, but then did not follow through. so the loom, all handmade and all wood, is dismantled.
We made a big rug for grandparents, all the kids did some weaving. we used wool. Mother still has it in her living room.
